Our Approach

To create and evolve a culture that fully supports the growth and sustainability of an organisation requires that we look both ‘at’ the organisation and ‘as’ the organisation in a variety of ways.

The first stage then is to understand the business needs and the current culture and then work with the team to envisage the desired culture. A combination of coaching and training helps to support individuals in growth and change, communication strategies and relationship building; build the requisite relationships and cultural understanding with all stakeholders; and working with the structures, processes and systems to provide an environment that supports the required change.

We take into account:

  • the behaviours that we want to encourage and those we want to stamp out
  • the drivers of those behaviours
  • the structures to support the desired behaviours and any structures that currently support undesired behaviours

All of this with full knowledge of the business goals and model and in conjunction with stakeholders. By stakeholders we mean those people and organisations that we need to work with to create a shared understanding.
